I was told to leave credentials, with no explanation of where to leave them.
We do have an account, but i was unaware that our subscription had expired.
Can you help with this upgrade breaking our template, or am I out of luck?

Hi,
You should try the following steps:
1. Make sure that your Solidres is using latest version (2.9.2)
2. Disable all of your template override for Solidres (you can do that in Solidres System Info page)
Then try again.
