Missing Modules

I am rebuilding a site for a customer because the person who started there site messed up things. So I am starting from scratch.
I have installed Solidres on the new site but I am missing Modules and I don't see where to download. I have download all the plugins and modules from the download page but not all of the modules are there. Actually very few are there. Where do you get the others?
The ones I am missing are below

To download all of those modules, you'd need to subscribe the HUB subscription.
