Feedback Email Trigger Closed was created by joomleb
Hi guys,
as far as I now the Closed Trigger (Reservation (Properties) and Experience) is set by default and we cannot manage it how it is running, Am I right ?
So, by setting:
Options > Feedback > Property reservation status trigger email: Closed
Options > Feedback > Experience reservation status trigger email: Closed
A - When exactly the emails are triggered ?
B - Assuming that "Closed" is the Reserve / Experience end date, Is there a way to configure how much time in days / hours / minutes before or after of the Closed event to trigger the Feedback email ?

Hi,
That means when a reservation status is set to the defined "Property/experience reservation status trigger email", Solidres will send an email asking user to leave feedback, it is simple as that.

Hi,
By default, "Closed" means the reservation is no longer processed (guest checked out for example). It is the default value, you can change it to whatever statuses you want to fit your business requirement.
The email asking for feedback will be sent immediately when the defined status is set, as we said, it is how it works.
