Additional services (courses, meals, etc.) for different customers groups

Dear,
Please help me figure it out. (Our website is still under construction).

We have several houses in the same area and 2 groups of customers:

1. group of members of our community have special reduced rates and can choose to buy or not buy additional services
2. a group of ordinary guests: for this group must be a mandatory to buy course for booking accommodation. That is, we need to sell a package of services accommodation + course (required).
Also, for example, additionally breakfast or lunch (optional).

Where is it better to create a courses in the Solidres admin panel:
"COUPONS & EXTRAS" or "EXPERIENCES"? Please could you give me advice on how to create and configure it correctly step by step?

Hi,

In your use case, you should use our "Extras" feature.

Then, create different extras item, each item has different "Access" config for your members and ordinary guests. For ordinary guests you can set the extras item's Mandatory = Yes to force the selection during the booking time.

In my opinion, a very simple way to do it, is to create one accommodation, with one tariff like package and include everything in the description, so the process will be extremely easy in just one step.
This tariff have to be configured according your group configuration.
