Guest changes booking dates, comes up Cancelled

Hi Viet,
My staff have told me the following issue - I haven't got time to look at it yet as I'm offline this week, but will relate it briefly:

A guest booking through booking.com originally booked for 29 Nov, 30 Nov, 1 Dec.... but then changed to 30 Nov, 1 Dec, 2 Dec.

Once changed Solidres set the booking to Cancelled (see screenshot)

If you need me to raise a ticket, I'll do it this evening.

Hi,

It could be related to the availability mismatch issue, maybe Solidres did not find availability for the new changed dates.

Please raise a new support ticket.
