How to create internal links in Status emails was created by SAWebhosts
Hey guys
I have been updating my status emails but I need to add some links to pages on the website or to where pdf's can be downloaded.
The issue is that the link should be: <a href="myresort.com/index.php/terms" target="_blank" rel="noopener">
I am unable to add this as it automatically changes to: <a href="index.php/terms" target="_blank" rel="noopener">
This obviously breaks the link in the email.
I tried changing the .htaccess file but no cigar... I am stuck
Any advice will be appreciated.
Cheers
J

Hi,
Could you try to use the full URL (with https...) to see how it works out?

Thank you... no that was the issue. I would insert the full URL in the link and as soon as I saved, the system automatically removes the site URL from the link. So when the email arrives the link is broken.
The only way I was able to bypass this was by creating a subdomain and uploaded the docs there. It worked like a charm
