"Your reservation could not be saved, please try again" SR_RESERVATION_SAVE_ERRO

the booking seems to work fine, but asome customers get the error "Your reservation could not be saved, please try again." (in german "Deine Reservierung konnte nicht gespeichert werden. Bitte versuche es noch einmal!") - Error SR_RESERVATION_SAVE_ERROR

How to find out, where the problem comes from?
I testet some browsers, dates and email-providers... all good on our system. But some customers still give us the advise, they cannot book.

Is there some kind of logging for solidres?
Solidres 3.0.1-Stable with Joomla 4.4
