Stripe payment error

Im getting an error when the customer posts a booking through the experience strip payment

The payment doesn’t go through the process
The error “Unexpected exception when initiating class” pops up on the refreshed page. The reservation gets made for the experience selected but shows unpaid and the charge doesnt show on customer statements either

What causes this error?
