i haven't installed anything with this names. i change the error reporting to maximum and these are the erros i am getting

Hi,
I can see your website is having some routing issues therefore the form does not work properly. We will have to access your server in order to troubleshoot it but it is outside of the support scope for free users.

the server or the back end of joomla....???? can you provide me with informations to do it myself...??
as i told you i want to buy the extended module... But i cant risk it to pay so much money and the module doesnt work..!!!

Hi,
You can try the following steps yourself:
1. Disable all SEF settings in Joomla Global Configuration.
2. Select "None" for error reporting level.
Then you can try again and let me know if it works.

Oh thank god it worked..!!!! 
but now i turned off SEF are there any problems occur with my seo..?????
Also with the new update that bug will be fixed..???
