Booking conditions and Privacy Policy

Where do you make the text to Booking conditions and Privacy Policy?

Currently trying to setup the free version to see if we can use it - and then we will become subsribers

If I try to make a booking the box to accept the conditions is not available. I need first to open the policy conditions but then the link for booking conditions is not working. After some seconds also the the booking conditions button is ok and then also the box is ready. Can I modify this behaviour?
