Remove unwanted fields on reservation form

Please how do i remove unwanted field or make the filed not mandatory on reservation form.

Hi, I have custom fields plugin but there are no fields to remove in menu item Custom fields. There is only functional to add new custom field. I want to unpublish almost whole registration formular. Just want to leave first Name and email.
