AVailability module doesn't work

I'm trying to use the availibity module to book a room but it doesn't work.

I always get an answer of no rooms available even if they are.
Please help me.

We've replied your support ticket.

You searched for 2017-04-04 to 2014-04-06 but your room type only has tariff for 2017-04-12 onward, that's why your room type return no availability.
