Reservation sync doesn't work was created by zvalo
Hi all, I have problem with reservations from my connection over channel manager (booking.com, expedia.com). Yesterday after 18.00 CET if someone create reservation at booking.com or expedia.com, this is correctly synced to myallocator.com but not to PMS Solidres.

I wrote to myallocator.com support and here is answer: I have checked your property and our logs for the test booking, the information about booking was sent to your PMS and the response is successful .

But when I look to Solidres on my page, here are nothing from today or yesterday after 18.00 CET (but I have mail notification from booking.com and expedia.com). I created reservation today at booking.com, this is correctly synced to myallocator.com, but not in Solidres.

Can you help me with this? I nothing changed in configuration. I use latest Joomla 3.8.7 and Solidres 2.6.1 (updated today, before my booking.com reservation)

PS: when I create limit booking in Solidres, this is synced to myallocator.com correctly

Hi,

Yes , you can renew here:

www.solidres.com/subscribe/levels

An active subscription is required for channel manager connection as described in the subscription page.
