Internal Server Error

Hi there,
Solidres is not working , for example when i try to make a booking and error occured :

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

I have solidres version 0.9.0 and joomla version 3.4.3
my website is : www.casadicastellorosso.com

Keep in mind that solidres is working in localhost mode , but not online

Hi,

Solidres version 0.9.0 was released more than 3 years ago, you should use version 2.7.3 and try again.

You also need to upgrade your Joomla as well, the latest version at this moment is 3.9.2.

If I buy the new version , can I update or I'll lose all my settings?
Also is there a support if I will still have a problem?
