Rates are not appearing on the front end

When clicking on the "Rates" button, the area expands/shrinks as if something is trying to load, but it refuses to show prices (which are properly set in the backend) and displays nothing. This has been tested on Chrome and Firefox with ad-blockers disabled & enabled, and also with cleared caches on both. I haven't made any changes to the prices section of the rooms in weeks. Any ideas why it's suddenly vanished on us?

From your screenshot, you are using a Joomla template made by a 3rd template providers, make sure that you delete all out of date template overrides then try again.

You can check for template override in Solidres System page, you should ask your template provider to update their template to support latest Solidres version.
