Complex Tariff - Set Rates by Date Range

Hi,
Currently in the Complex Tariff, you need to enter the rates for each day which is tedious.

Is it possible that we can set by date range?

Ex: From Jan 01 - March 31, rates is XXX.XX. From April 01-April 31, Promo rates is XXX.

This will make it easier for us to set the rates if we only have 1 month promotion and not to enter the rates for each day of the year (365 times).

In Complex Tariff plugin, there is a Quick Tool button which allow you to set up rates a lot faster by specifying the date range that you want to set prices.
