when customer makes the reservation, email with reservation is send. When status is changed, only one specific email SR_RESERVATION_STATUS_CHANGE_EMAIL_CONTENT is sent.
1/ Is possible to sent different emails depending on status change?
a/ if the reservation is confirmed - welcome email - "Hi, your reservation is confirmed, the map is ...., cyou can find the keys ..., wifi passwords, ... " etc.
2/ when the reservation is canceled - "Hi, your reservation is canceled, send us why and we will send you 10 % bonus for nex reservation"
