Renting rooms & whole property

Can Solidres be set up to rent both rooms in a property, and the whole property?
Obviously, someone can't rent the whole property if one of the rooms is already taken during that period. Likewise, once the whole property is taken, nobody can come along and book a room during that period.

So I looked into the master/slave mode, and it works perfectly.
Is there a way to get "Solidres - Module availability" to work with in this mode?
I can post the module twice, once for the master, and one for the slaves, but it would be better if I could post a single schedule to show availability. When 3 slaves are available, it shows "3 available". When none are available (either because every slave is booked, or because someone booked the master), it would show "none available".
Basically, a smarter availability module that can look at both master and slaves and calculate the availability each night.

What I am trying to emulate is this sort of calendar here: bvisailing.com/schedule/

Regarding check availability module, it is not yet possible to do exactly like your requirement, please raise a new feature request for it, we will consider it for future releases.
