Front End listing of other's Room Types when Property is trashed

Using Hub version 2.92:
When a partner has some properties with room types; He can see both of property and room types at frontend as expected.
However, if, for some reason, his property is trashed (may be from backend),
then you notice that when he click on Room Types in frontend, a full list of all room types will be shown (including the ones that he/she does not own).
If he/she clicks on one of them an error message will be shown.
Same thing applies to reservations and coupons and perhaps extra as well.
Steps:
1- Trash the property


2- Click on Room Types, full list will be shown:


3- Click on any one of the (others) room types to see this error:


4- Click on reservations:


5- Try to browse one reservation: (error)


6- Click on Coupons: All coupons on the website are liseted:
