Base rate adjustment is not calculated any more after last update

The Base rate adjustment is not calculated in the invoice nor in the Reservation overview in the back-end. In the front-end however, the Base rate adjustment (Payment surcharge or discount) is mentioned under the grand total however. All SR files are up-to-date and I fixed the database.
I updated from SR Version 2.9.3-Stable to Version 2.11.3-Stable.
Strangely enough the bookings before the update, sometime calculate the Payment surcharge or discount, but sometimes not!
I hope that there is needed a simple change of a setting somewhere, or that you can provide a quick fix...
