RevPAR and Occupancy calculation issue for multi-asset setups (filtering by Asse was created by akuzmin72
Hello Solidres Team,
We are experiencing an issue with the Dashboard analytics module, specifically regarding how RevPAR, Occupancy rate, and ADR are calculated for individual properties.
When a partner or hotelier with a small property (e.g., 5 rooms) logs in, the analytics module calculates metrics based on the total number of rooms across the entire system or parent asset (e.g., 74 rooms) instead of filtering exclusively by the assigned Asset ID or the rooms belonging to that specific partner.
As a result, for properties with low room counts or single bookings, metrics like RevPAR drop to zero due to being divided by the total global room capacity, rendering the dashboard statistics useless for individual hotel partners.
Could you please clarify:
Is this behavior expected, or is there a missing configuration to scope the analytics strictly to the specific Asset/Vendor?
Are there any plans or existing overrides to fix the room count denominator for partner/asset-specific dashboards?
Thank you for your help!
Best regards, Andrey
