Payment commission with total, but i'am only charging a deposit

Hello guys, I'm not sure if this is a bug or not.

I have a 30% deposit rule set. I also have a 2% Base rate adjustment set for PayPal.

So, in step 3 Confirmation, we have the 2% Base rate adjustment set for PayPal calculated over the total and not over the 30% deposit value that is, in fact, the one being payed through PayPal.

I mean, when we choose the deposit option, the 2% Base rate adjustment set for PayPal must be on the deposit value on not on the total.

Is there any way i can fix this?

And am i supposed to deactivate this until then?!
Sorry to ask you guys, but there's money involved here. So or we lose money on the commission or we are going to overcharge the client... :/

Is there any way you guys can give a temporarily solution for this?
