This may not be a bug as such, but it is causing problems.
We are now live and have begun selling tours. One customer seems to be looking at tours and beginning the booking process, but not completing. The problem is that a record is still generated in the background which is going to get confusing when we get to high season in a couple of months.
I've tested, and it looks like he has gone through to the Paypal site and then cancelled the process.
Is it possible to flag this somehow? Or if it already flagged, could you tell me which status does so - I have custom statuses now so I'm not sure which one is the correct status.
I've attached screenshots of the experience statuses (set in options), and the payment/reservation statuses set in the experience control panel.

Any update about this??
We have the same issue.
Even with Stripe, if a customer makes a reservation with a credit card and if it´s not charge (for some reason), the booking is still recorded but not flag anywhere. So we have to check on backend every day for bookings that haven´t been mailed or flagged to us.
I´ve looked everywhere and can´t solve this.

Hi,
Please make sure that the default reservation status is not set to "Confirmed" because your payment plugins (like Stripe) will do that for you. If guest did not complete their reservation, then their reservation status remain "Pending", not "Confirmed", then you can filter those reservations later easily.
