Applied type & Applied days not available in front-end for discount

Sorry, if have reported bugs that apply only to me. I am using latest versions of all plugins and modules + 2.82 of hub version.
I could not see the fields: Applied type & Applied days when using discount from within front-end.

As long as we are still in this case:
When setting a new discount from within back-end:
Upon selecting property, it will lead to ==> list of room types (in that property).
However when not selecting a Property ==> all room-types are listed. But is not useful because form will not accept it and an error message will pup up when saving (Invalid form).
Frankly, having a discount that works (property wide) is much more important than coupons. Because no need for a code to be supplied by customers.
Same issue for front-end: one has to create discount for each property (one by one).

one more notice about discount form: labels of (from and To) don't show in front end as well (see little image)
