Odd Joomla Administrator layout after updating Solidres

I recently deployed the Joomla Bundle Solidres to a new server using a Quickstart file.

After updating the Solidres plugins which were flagged by the Solidres System page to the current versions the layout of the main admin page has broken.

It no longer has the map and some of the modules are now duplicated. Is there any quick way to rest this layout to a Solidres default? As the initial layout when I first installed this exposed all of the modules and settings I would need to manage rooms and bookings.

After upgraded, you should edit the Statistics module, there is a new Layout Builder which allows you to drag & drop elements to build you own custom design easily.

I have edited this Statistics module, but the Clocks, the map and the "Advanced" calendar filter button on the Dashboard does not work. I click the button but the calendar does not pop up, the button does nothing.
