Complex Tarif - No combination of two pricing modes in one tarif possible?

Hello all,
for a Tiny House we have a special pricing schedule established and actually we are not able to realize it with complex tarif:

1. First part is a price per night for the House (e.g. 50 €).
2. Second part is an additional price per night and persons - per adult (e.g. 20 €)/child (e.g. 10 €).
3. Third Part is a Cleaning per stay (50 €)

Example: 2 Nights, 2 Adult and 1 child ( 100 €/Night&House; 40€/Night&adults; 20€/Night&Child + 50€/Stay&Cleaning) = 210€

The 3. part 'cleaning' we are able to realize with Extra, but this is not shown/added to expected rates while booking in Frontend.
Combination of 1. and 2. seems to be not possible within one tarif, which is the main issue.

1. You can use Complex Tariff plugin for it.

2 & 3. You can use Advanced Extra plugin for these kind of charges.

I did as it is written in the documentation, I created "Extra" (payment. final cleaning) but I can’t add it to the tariff plan, I can’t find how to do it

Our extra system has 8 different charge types, all of them is either per room level or per booking level, there is no rate plan level:
