change sql to utf8_general_ci

But the parts are still in English.

We use only Serbian language on the site

It's OK if you have one domain. I plan to have more domains and I want to have a language pack in Serbian that I can easily install. What I noticed is that silidres doesn't pull all the translations from these files, plugins have language files.

You should enable Language Debug mode in your Joomla Global Config to check if your translations have any syntax errors as they could prevent your language files from being loaded correctly.
