Translation of email templates was created by ngrodrigues
How can we translate the email templates located in /components/com_solidres/layouts/emails/ ?
Can we create a folder (like pt-PT) inside the previous folder and make a copy of these files into this folder?

Hi,
You don't need to do that, you only need to translate language strings only.
All text in emails, invoices are in language file, translating it is very convenient:
/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_solidres.ini
