Arabic text turns into question marks

Hello,
I am having some trouble with inputting Arabic text into Solidres room description fields. Every time i write Arabic into them and click save, it turns the chars into question marks. I would like to purchase Solidres but i need it to support Arabic. So far i have translated front end which is good but if i can solve this issue then I can get this great software.
