Regional Term Tarriff vs. Rates

Regional Term Tarriff vs. Rates was created by innstreet
On the admin side Solidres uses the term "Tarriff". Is it possible to modify the code to change that term to "Rate"? American hoteliers have no idea what a "Tarriff" is.
