Automatically block days before arrival and after departure

Hi,

for our property we can not allow leaving and arriving of new guest on the same day.
Therefore, we need an option to mark an arrival or leaving day always as fully booked.

I would be very happy if you could supply this feature

Oh, and when synchronizing via iCal same option should be selectable. In best case for each calendar individually.
