A Few Suggestions to Solidres Team was created by abosaleh
Just a few suggestions that can help in improvement of the product:
No. 1: I suggest adding the Partner of the assets as one column in the Asset listing: See next image
No. 2: Centralization of all rights related to Partners under one page. To make it clear:
Currently, partner can enable or disable (can use or not use) the following:
1. Rating of an Asset
2. Terms of Use
3. Privacy Policy
4. Disclaimer
5. Allowing the registration of customers from within reservation steps (of his own Assets)
6. SMS messages. He can set his own SMS provider
7. Google Ads: He can control the Ads
8. Payments: Partner can put his own payment method and process it the way he likes.
What I suggest is that the above list (and similar items) shall be controlled on the basis of : Shall we allow partner to have such privileges or not?
Can the partner control the Google Ads plugin or not? Can he use his own SMS gateway or not?
I think it can be done via one form that list all these privileges with check boxes to Allow/Disallow
Perhaps, to have one more page in Access Controls of Solidres that handles these privileges.
I think for No. 6 and 7 above (sms and Ads) it should be controlled from within the subscription package of the partners
No. 3: Removing any thing related to Tourism from all forms of Assets. Tourism is just a different business and can be managed separately.
No. 4: Removing (hiding) the deposit fields if Deposit is not required during Publishing of New Asset: see image below
No. 5: Still, I am going to remind about my previously suggested idea, namely, to allow different Image Directories for each Asset (or at least for each partner).
Perhaps, the capability of JCE editor can be integrated.
