Prebooking

Hi,
try to imagine this situation (I have te same situation every month):
1/ more customers make the reservation for the same room (only 1 left) the same day
2/ paymen is by wire, not online, so
3/ both reservations are pending and waiting for payment
4/ next day I receive payment for both reservations, but I can accept 1 only (only 1 room is left) and cancel the other and back money to second customer

How to awoid this? If first customer makes the reservation, other customers has to see there is pending reservation with hint - come here is the reservation is accepted (payed) or declined (before not payed in 3, 4, ... x days - depend on setting of property).
