PMS : Improved quick booking by calendar.

Hi Team,

This feature is not practical at all and not fast. You must enter an amount excluding VAT, calculate the VAT and fill it in.
Solidres users need to be able to do more from the calendar, which is the primary tool of use.

It would be nice to be able to add and modify the following points:

1- Enter the amount including VAT of the reservation with automatic VAT calculation pre-programmed by the administrator.
2- Display and choose the pre-configured rates (as in the creation of a reservation via the reservation list). Like this, the user can either choose an existing tariff, or quickly fill in the desired tariff.
3- Also provide for tourist taxes, extras and supplements, programmed by the administrator upon booking if necessary
4- Add the number of people and children

Hi,

The purpose of "Quick booking", as can be guessed by the title, is to make a real quick booking without having to consider other factors.

If you want to take all other factors like rates, extras, tourist tax .etc. then it is no longer called "Quick booking" any more, you can just go to menu Reservations and click Add new to add a new one if you want to make a full reservation.

What you do not understand is that customers always use the calendar first, you must at least, if you do not want to modify the totality, change the field HT by TTC and that the VAT calculation is done automatically !

Good software doesn't have to rely on an external calculator!

You could also in the pop-up that opens add a link to the opening of a new reservation too! We would have manual reservation (fast) + Block a room + Reservation
