infos on Solidres

Good morning

I would like to use your Solidres component to rent 5 apartments housed in the same building and not manage the availability or reservation of the apartments.
the request for information or pre-reservation will be made via a contact form.

Several questions :
1 - How to replace room & rates with Apartment & rates (see q1.jpg)
2- how not to trigger the availability check (see q2.jpg)

1. You can change it in the language file.

2. You can use this setting in property > Publishing > Disable online booking
