combine two roomtypes in one reservation

There are several methods to provide different complex tariffs.
However, I could not locate a method to provide special price if two different room-types are reserved.
Take this scenario:
A building that consists of two sections, one small and one is large. Each section has different price
The owner can rent either one or both.
In case the customer can rent both he will get a discount.
I thought CT can do that but could not locate any way to handle it.
I then checked if Discount can help, but no help either.
Is there any way to do it?

It is possible with the Master/Slave feature, you can add a new room type and set it as Master, when the Master is booked then the other room types will be automatically set as unavailable during the same date range.
