Feedback - extended options (for Experience especially)

Hi,
I'm just setting up my feedback for the first time, and am nearly completed.

I have already inserted the feedback module, but I would like to change the style and layout. Unfortunately this appears to only be possible by hardcode changes:

Specifically....
I don't want the guest's full name to appear - an option to choose the following would be good:
Full name
First name & first letter of surname
First name only
Initials only

I also want to be able to format the date/time option.

All of the fields (name, thumbs, date, postive, negative) should all have the option to enable/disable

Also the like/dislke options aren't in the feedback form any more, so the code should be removed from the front end, shouldn't it?

How do you get to the frontend feedback list (as per screenshot)?

Finally, under the experience it shows the number of reviews but there's no link to go to read them - can this be achieved?

Please post your suggestions about extended feedback options to the Feature Request forum so they can be considered for future releases.

For experience, the reviews are showed in the Feedback tab, right next to the Description tab.
