Problem with coupon and check-in/out calendar

Problem with coupon and check-in/out calendar was created by chara_admin
Hello I have two issues to solve.
first the discount coupon
1) Create a coupon with the right dates
2) I applied it in one room
3) I enabled it in the asset.
But coupon isn't showing anywhere! Then I entered the coupon code, and appeared that coupon is accepted! How can I make my coupon visible?
I use the Villa Bellucci template.
And then i have an other different issue.
In the availability module, when I want to pick the check-in or check-out dates, calendar shows three months in a row! (Check the image)\
I hope someone can help!
