How to create different experience menu items? was created by jos
I'm working with the L' Amour demo installation. I am (re)building it from scratch on localhost. In L' Amour, I have difficulty finding certain experiences and how to set them in the menu.
In the demo back-end I see 10 different experiences. In the Front-end I see more. For example Loire & Burgundy (in Tours/France)
Another problem is that I can't figure out how you guys set the menu links for the experiences. In your demo I see the menu link to Tours/All locations/Italy uses the Solidres List Experiences. It shows all the Italian experiences.
When I create my Italian menu item, I see indeed all experiences, but not only the ones about Italy. Same for France, I get all experiences, not just for France. I can use single experience, but then I see just that experience. Not all experiences for France or Italy.
I just want to know how to do it correctly.

Hi,
When creating menu items with type Solidres - List experiences, you can go to tab Front end settings and choose filters for it.

Hi Jos,
Look at the attached screenshots from my site. The Experience list module can select by 'specific items' or 'by location'. If you choose 'by location' it selects all the experiences with the same base location - which you put in the actual experience's details...
Our site for ref: www.thailandecotour.org
Specific items
By location
The experience's 'General information' tab

Thanks Tellie, for the very detailed screenshots. My problem - I can see that now - is that I have to update the plugins.
