I just installed Solidres and I am not seeing the Check Availability form for customer to book rooms.
I had published the Solidres - Check Availability / Module Currency and configured all Pages in module category.

My technical information:
Joomla 3.62.
Solidres 1.7.0 (free version) along with the Sample Data
Browser: Chrome
