Pro features vanished

Hi

I bought the $89 package, but all the pro modules vanished after my subscription expired.

I never did find a place to enter my download ID into the components Admin control panel in Joomla.

Is this normal behaviour? Do I need to renew every 6 months to keep the features for the $89 version?

You should download all extensions and store them locally because when your subscription expired, you won't be able to download them again.

However please don't worry about that, just send us an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and provide us the username and download ID, we will send the missing extensions that were associated with your subscription to you.
