Map Icon Markers - BUG

Hi guys,
as far as I see Solidres is using as icons Map Markers the 32px x 37px png images stored into .../media/com_solidres/assets/images folder

1 - The "icon-hotel-1.png" to "icon-hotel-5,png" are used depending on asset stars, but, What is and When is used the ""icon-hotel-0.png" icon ?

2 - In order to change them with our personalized ones, Where the icon markers are anchored to the map coordinates ? I mean, to have back the icon marker on the exact point, What are the icon Marker dimensions to use:
- Do we have to respect the 32px x 37px icon dimensions ?
- Do we have to respect just the 32px width icon dimension ?
- Doesn't matter the pixels icon dimensions because you are automatically evaluating them when show the markers on the map ?

1. It is for other property types like apartment for example.

2. You can use your favourite icon size. there is no hard rule about it.

3 - Anyway, something it is not running as expected, as you can see the (default) marker it is not pointing to the right map point:
- Google Map image - Coordinates 8.981374, -79.522129
- Solidres Map (it is the same if from the Properties List page or from the Property page)

Please, Can you confirm it and, in case, escalate this to the BUG forum ?
