Can i customise email reservation confirmation

Is it possible to customise emails sent to people who have made a reservation. my client wants to add loction information, etc. to that email.

Also, is it possible to separately print an itinerary.

I want to include text that relates to travel between regions and cottages taken from joomla articles.

my client wants to provide travel information on how to get from one cottage (e.g., Provence) to another (e.g., Loire) and this needs to relate to the reservation.

is this possible? if it needs additional custom work, that is ok, but i need to know first whether this type of integration is feasible.
