Room availability check process can be disabled if not needed ?

Hi, we're interested with your software and already testing the free version. Poking around and found answers for almost all pre-sales questions that we have except 1 question: can availability check process being deactivated if not needed? For example if we're selling someone else villa, we didn't know the latest status of the villa availability without checking it with the owner (and no online payment as well since the order cannot be confirmed on the fly), so site visitor just need to fill in all required information (like using a predefined form) and then website administrator will got a notification regarding the request with all the details and then follow up the order manually.

Beside of that question, found other things that might be useful:
1. When all payment being disabled, the text still displayed (Payment information). If no payment needed then it's better to be hidden as well.
2. Related with the notification, when someone made a booking, to which email address if will be send a notification?

Hi, thanks for your prompt reply. Noted for the answer, it would be nice if those are being hidden automatically in such case (no payment option), it will be very useful for non technical Customers.

Regarding custom development for the requirement, can you provide it? Cost and time estimation?
