Check-in / check-out SEARCH

Hello there All,
if anyone find time to look at the attachement and try to answer my question regarding check in-out dates - I would be grateful.

I will try to keep it short:
1) When I want to make a reservation - I click on "SELECT"
2) There it shows me the check in-out dates through the calendar and I need to click Search

Question:
1. Where can I make the room to be available only for a specific period of time, for example: 2015-May-01- 2015-May-14 ?
2. Is there any possibility after click on "SELECT" button to get on the Quantity option without the calendar and automatically have the date 2015-May-01- 2015-May-14 chosen as default?
