Hi,
You can find the email templates here:
/components/com_solidres/layouts/emails/
Open the template you want and you will see the language key which you can use to search and change in your language file.

Thanks for the info,
I have found the php template files, but not the actual wording "A new reservation has been made, please check details below ......"
I need to change this wording, I went thought the FTP am I looking in the wrong place?

Hi, geriant.
You can find it at language files ( /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_solidres.ini or another folder, if you use different language).
Or you can override language constants at Extensions -> Language Manager -> Overrides
