Non Refundable Rate

Hi,

Is possible at the moment to configure a non refundable rate that apply 15% discount as a second option showed , plus the normal rate that accepts free cancellation ? Obviously rate condition is that you must pay in advance and no money back, and that you must make reservation x days in advance.

1 - Is it possible actually to configure a discount not only for a room but for rate of this room? To normal rate (free cancellation) does not apply similar discount .

2 - Non refundable rate should not be showed on the list results if date searched is after the x days in advance of the discount because should be an absurd that non refundable rate is same as free cancellation rate (BAR rate).

3 - Is possible that "free cancellation" and "breakfast included " should be configured for each rate?

4 - Is it discounted price showed beside the original strikethrough price?

Thanks for your fast answer. Non refundable rate is normal for hotel industry,should be a good upgrade.
