The purpose of some of the subscription notification emails is unclear

I am setting up some more notification emails for subscriptions. Can you please tell me exactly what the difference is between:
1. ON PAYMENT CANCEL and ON PAYMENT PENDING. In which circumstance do I sent these messages? What should be the main message for both these email messages?

In which circumstances do I have to sent the following notification emails?:
2. ON ADD A WAITING SUBSCRIPTION
3. ON ADD USER TO PARTNER
4. ON REMOVE USER TO PARTNER

They are optional emails and you can configure them if you need.

They depends on your business and your own requirements. We provide a list of existing events for you, it is your responsibility to choose which event you want and which is your desired email content.
