You can translate it by editing the front end language file:

/components/com_solidres/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_solidres.ini

The language key is

SR_ROOM="Room"

I changed the text but i want to remove the number "1" too (my quantity is off).

Can you please tell me where to remove it?
