Change limit for short description in experiences

Where I can change word limit for short description in Experiences in list view and in single experience view?

I have a question regarding the same issue as was described above. I was able to find the possibility to change the length of the short description on the "Experience page" but when I am looking for changing the length in the "list view" it just gives me 100 letters, so the text is not showing completely. Can you maybe give me a clear explanation where I can also adjust the length of the short description in the list of experiences?

In module, we use PHP to cut the text, you can edit it here:

/modules/mod_sr_experience_list/tmpl/default.php
/modules/mod_sr_experience_list/tmpl/list.php
